Patients seeking a more accurate view of the potential costs of their care can use this secure, online pricing tool. Search from a collection of the most common health procedures. New procedures are regularly being added to the list.

This tool requires the patient to enter personal information, select a medical procedure from the list and enter specifics about their insurance. The online tool calculates a price. However, the calculation might still vary from the final cost a patient sees on a bill.

Please note that what is charged for a service usually does not reflect your out-of-pocket responsibility as many other factors typically affect your bill.

• Procedure (CPT) code or description of medical procedure – This code is a five digit code used by all hospitals, physicians and insurance companies to identify a type of service or procedure.

In addition, this site meets the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirement that went into effect Jan. 1, 2019, to provide the Chargemaster Fee Schedule.
