Payment process

Penn State Health offers patients the payment option of using either the statement number or encounter number or using the statement account number.

Payment methods accepted

• We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover for payment.
• E-checks are also accepted.

Patient's name, date of birth and statement number or encounter number are required to login and process payments. See the image below to find your statement number and encounter number on your statement.

Phone - call 800-254-2619 or 717-531-5069 to pay your bill over the phone with a credit card.

Mail - send the statement back to us with your credit card information or with a check, payable to Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, for the remaining balance.
